Keeping robots in service.

Field service, parts and repair

When a robot stops, work stops. As fleets grow and change hands, someone has to send a technician, find the part, diagnose the fault and keep a history the next owner can trust.

What we look for

  • Customers with robots in service today and repair bills to show for it.
  • Access to parts, manuals and diagnostic data, with the rights to use them.
  • A service model whose cost per visit falls as the fleet grows.

Questions we ask

  • Who holds the right to repair, and who holds the parts?
  • What happens to a fleet when its maker stops supporting a model?

What gets built

  • Field service dispatch and remote diagnostics
  • Parts, refurbishment and remanufacturing
  • Service histories that move with the robot
